1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT (OUR PRIVACY FIRST PROMISE)

Your privacy is our top priority. We have built WonderBaby AI with a privacy-by-design architecture:

• No Server Photo Storage: We do not upload, store, or sell your uploaded parent photos or generated baby portraits on any proprietary servers owned by Creative Apps Lab.
• No Account Creation Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide personal credentials (such as name, email, or social media logins) to use the core features of the application.
• No Facial Recognition Database: We do not build facial recognition profiles, biometric databases, or identity tracking systems from your photos.

2. INFORMATION WE PROCESS ON YOUR DEVICE

To provide the features of WonderBaby AI, the app processes data locally on your smartphone:

• Photos Selected by You: Photos selected from your device's gallery or taken with your camera are used strictly for generating AI predictions during active user sessions.
• Generated AI Portraits & Gallery: All generated images, growth timelines, and pregnancy artworks are saved exclusively to your local device database (Room DB / Local Storage).
• API Keys (BYOK): If you provide your own API key (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, OpenRouter), the key is stored securely in encrypted local device storage (EncryptedSharedPreferences). It is used exclusively to authenticate direct HTTPS requests from your device to your selected AI service provider.
• Saved Baby Names: Favorite baby names and search history are saved 100% locally on your device.

3. THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS & DIRECT TRANSMISSION

When you initiate an AI generation request, your selected photos and style prompts are transmitted over secure, encrypted HTTPS directly from your device to your chosen third-party AI provider (e.g., Google Gemini API, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, OpenRouter API).

• Third-party AI providers process input data strictly to generate the requested output image.
• We strongly advise reviewing the privacy policy of your chosen AI provider (e.g., Google Privacy Policy, OpenAI Privacy Policy).

4. NON-PERSONAL ANALYTICS & ADVERTISING

To keep the application accessible, WonderBaby AI may use third-party SDKs, such as Google AdMob and Google Play Services, to display non-intrusive advertisements. These services may automatically collect non-personal identifier information, including:

• Device hardware model and operating system version.
• Anonymous ad identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
• Approximate coarse location (country or region).
• App crash logs and diagnostic performance reports.

⚙️ You can manage or reset your Advertising ID via your Android device's system settings under Settings ➔ Privacy ➔ Ads.

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

• Because all user data, saved images, and API keys are stored locally on your device, you have 100% control over your data.
• You can instantly delete any generated photo or favorite name directly inside the app's gallery.
• Uninstalling the WonderBaby AI application permanently removes all stored data, cached images, and local databases from your device.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)

WonderBaby AI is designed for adult parents, expecting couples, and families. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at creativeappslab29@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the concern.
